The registration and t-shirt fees are waived for one class and one movement teacher per school. Additional faculty/staff are charged the standard adult registration fee and may choose to purchase a t-shirt.
A registration form is required for each person attending the event. Forms are available at the bottom of this page.
Parent/volunteers are a vital part of the success of the Games each year. Many hands make light work. Parent/adult volunteers are encouraged to enjoy some respite when not working a shift. Please note that parents may not watch the squires unless specifically invited to do so.
All shire guardians and knights watch volunteers must have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. A copy of the card must be mailed or emailed to to the Arizona Medieval Games in advance of the event.

There is a fee and processing time may anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
All adults are encouraged to dress in costume.
If you are on the field with the squires, you must dress in costume. Visit the bottom of this page for suggestions.
The Registration fee is $115. It includes the site fee, all meals, and administrative costs.
T-shirts are available at an additional cost. All t-shirt orders my be received by February 28, 2025.

Request for a Full Refund: February 28, 2025
Request for a Partial Refund (less $50) March 15, 2025.
To request a refund (full or partial), send an email with the name, phone number, address, category (adult volunteer, student, etc) and school name/unaffiliated.
Adults may choose to camp in a designated area, bring an RV (some hook ups are available), or request a bunk bed in a rustic, dormitory style cabin.
For the bunk bed accommodations, each guest must provide their own bedding supplies.
There is a bathhouse with flush toilets and showers . Handicap facilities are available.
The showers are available for adults only; towels and personal supplies are not provided.
To make the most of the scenic ranch and your down time between shifts, we recommend that you bring a camp chair to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

It does get quite cold at night and early in the morning. Please pack and dress accordingly.
Thank you for volunteering!
We recommend that you pack the following...
1. Layers. The days are very nice and the evenings are cold.
2. Sleeping bags, pillows, &/or linens for your chosen sleeping accommodations.
3. Towels, bath shoes, & personal bathing supplies if you would like to take advantage of the showers in the bathhouse.
4. A water bottle/cup and a coffee cup/insulated mug. No cups of any kind are provided.
5. A camp chair for relaxing.
6. Costume(s) if you want to get in the spirit or will be on the field.
7. Pony tail holders or clips to put your hair up if you will be working in the kitchen.
Costumes can range from “peasant” attire to very elaborated outfits for lords and ladies. Costumes should allow for ease of movement.
Please note that there is only one King and Queen, who will be presiding over the events, so please no crowns, other obviously royal insignia, or any purple garments.
