Please note:

Student registration forms and payments  must be turned into the school.  Each school is responsible for sending the set of student  and adult registration forms and complete payment to the address provided.

The registration forms and payment are  due by February 14, 2022. 

If you would like have your class join the Arizona Medieval Games, please send an email inquiry.

Waldorf minded families whose students are not enrolled at a Waldorf school or not at a participating Waldorf school may request to have their student join the event.

Families must assist their students in preparing for the Games.   

Complete  the Registration form and submit payment according the the directions in the Payments section.

This is a great  opportunity  for your squires to learn more about the virtues and work on self improvement and service to others.  The documents for the Challenge are available to download. 

Each squire is expected to carefully read  the packing list and prepare accordingly.

The temperatures do drop into the 30's.  Please make sure that your squire is properly prepared.

Each squire is required to wear a tabard and coat of arms.  Tabards may be supplied by the school or family.  Tabards and coats of arms must be worn during the  event.  The coat of arms may be created directly on the tabard or on a separate piece of fabric and attached to the tabard.

This covers the daily per person fee charged by  the Wilderness Ranch, all of the delicious meals/snacks, shirts for the  squires, and the additional costs of running the event.

To request a refund (full or partial), send an email with the name,  phone number, address, category (adult volunteer, student, etc) and school name/unaffiliated.

Parent/volunteers are a vital  part of the success of the Games each year.   Many hands make light work.  Parent/adult volunteers are encouraged to enjoy some respite when not working a shift.  Please note that parents may not watch the squires unless specifically invited to.

All adults are encouraged to dress in costume. 

If you are on the field with the squires, you must dress in costume.  Visit the bottom of this page for suggestions.

Accommodations:   There is a bathhouse with flush toilets and showers .  

Handicap facilities are available.

The showers are available for adults only; towels are not provided.   

Bunk style accommodations are available for adults for a nominal, one time fee of $5/person.  Each guest must provide their own bedding supplies.  See the adult registration form for more details.
